Questions
How does the AI chart generator work?
You paste text with numbers in it. A language model reads it, picks a chart type that fits (donut, bar, line, VS comparison and so on), extracts the values, and writes a headline, caption and a note on why it chose that chart. Everything loads into the normal studio, where you check the numbers and export.
Will the AI make up numbers?
It is instructed to use only numbers present in your text and to warn you when something is missing or does not add up. Language models can still make mistakes, so always check the data table before you post.
Is my text stored?
ChartBeauty does not store it. It is sent once to the model through Vercel AI Gateway to generate the chart and the result comes straight back to your browser. Do not paste private or confidential information.
Which AI model is used?
OpenAI’s GPT-6 Luna via Vercel AI Gateway, a small, fast model that is well suited to extracting structured data from short texts.
Is there a limit?
Up to 2,000 characters per request and a few requests every ten minutes, to keep the tool free for everyone. The regular chart makers have no limits.
